AT-YOUR-OWN-PACE HISTORY FITNESS CHALLENGE
Stay motivated with an at-your-own-pace fitness challenge based on historical timelines. As you exercise past online checkpoints, you get facts about the historical event. After the challenge, you are mailed a custom-designed medal and some proceeds go to a non-profit organization. Connect your fitness tracking apps and each time you go for your morning run, walk the dog, cycle through town, swim at the lake, or do yoga in your living room, you add to your fitness goals and complete the challenge. |
