Team Member Expectations:
- Team members should have all Trello card notes, comments, checklists and status updated. There should be two updates a week on Trello. (One update before Wednesday and the second update on Saturday.)
- Team members should watch all training videos PRIOR to Sunday’s meeting.
- During the Sunday Meeting Team Members will write in the comments on what they plan to complete for that task that week.
- If you have a conflict or will be late, let the team know in the ROH WhatsApp Group Chat ahead of time as our meeting will start promptly on time.
- If the team does not meet on Sunday due to a holiday or you are planning to miss a meeting, the expectation is that all Trello cards are updated so the team knows the status of each task.
During your time at Run On History (ROH), you will be using several tools and resources. This page details the main resources which you will need to use; the Intern Training Plan, ROH Content Calendar, and ROH Google Drive.
Intern Training Plan - The Intern Training Plan is a schedule that outlines the training you need to complete each week. This training will help build upon the skills you will learn with ROH and other important tools such as resume writing and interview tips. This link below will take you to the training plan to reference these resources.
ROH Content Calendar - The content calendar is used by all interns to keep track of their assigned articles and the publishing process. You can view your assignments and update their status using the spreadsheet. Please remember to link your articles as described in the internship playbook!
ROH Google Drive - The Google Drive is where all documents, presentations, excel sheets, and other important data is stored. The Drive is well-organized into different department folders, each with their own subset of folders to keep everything in order. If you need to view any data or documents, click the link below to access the Google Drive.
ROH Internship Playbook - In addition, the internship playbook will help guide you through the onboarding process. Most of the content in the playbook is one-time training, but if you need to access the information again, you can use the link below.
